About half of Gen Z already earns part of their income independently, and more than 76 million Americans now do freelance work. Traditional mortgage underwriting was built around W-2s and tax returns, which don’t reflect how a growing share of people get paid.

If clients pay you instead of an employer, a tax return built to lower what you owe can make a strong income look small on paper. Your next property should start with the income you actually earn.

Everybody stretches and everybody plays. Fall only lasts a few months and we refuse to spend it on the injured list.

If our team can’t close your deal, we’d bet nobody can. This one needed six exceptions, and it funded.

Huge congratulations to our underwriters and processors on this one. The property came in with wrong HOA answers, a flawed appraisal, a ground lease nobody had mentioned and rent that fell short of the payment.

They chased down every correction, wrote the case for all six exceptions, and saw it through to the closing table. This is the team you want behind your next deal.

🎓 Ben. Eli. Ethan. Graduates. 🎓
Today we’re celebrating Ben Stanley and Ethan Ogorek for graduating from the Total Quality Lending Loan Advisor Mentorship Program, and Eli Margetts for graduating from our Business Operations Mentorship Program. 🔥

Ben and Ethan are officially Loan Advisors. Eli is officially a Processor. Two programs, three graduates, and all three earned it.

Nothing about this was handed to them. They chased it.
They were first in and last out. They asked the questions, took the notes, and put every lesson to work the very next day. They pushed themselves further than they knew they could go, and they kept that fire burning every single week. That’s grit. That’s who these three are.
