Indy AMANI Since 1993, New Life Homes has rescued over 1200 infants. The beads are made in Kenya by women in a fair-trade business, the Kazuri Bead Factory.

Indy Amani is the Indianapolis Chapter of the Amani Children's Foundation which partners with New Life Home Trust to care for abandoned and HIV+ infants in best practice homes in Kenya. Indy Amani makes Amani bead jewelry---necklaces, bracelets, key chains, & gratitude chains, and sells the jewelry and Kenyan market items to raise money for New Life Homes Orphanages. These ceramic beads, which ar

e seconds, are donated to Amani, brought to the United States, and made into beautiful bracelets, key chains, necklaces, and earrings by the Indy Amani volunteers. Prices range from $5 to $40. Amani Arts Coordinator and local artist Susan Thompson leads the volunteers in these efforts.
