Financial Partners Group, LLC has experienced a significant amount of growth, both organically and with new advisors/teams choosing FPG as a “place to call home”. Earlier this year ,Jay Mooreland, CFP, MS, agreed to a partnership as our Chief Behavioral Officer. In a few short months, he has had a very nice positive impact with our advisors/teams as a strategic coach to enhance the investor experience. He also has provided vital input in developing important messaging on how clients make decisions from a psychological perspective, via client seminars, monthly communications, podcasts and updated websites. We believe this will be a valuable resource for our existing advisors/teams and those that choose us as their new home.

In an effort to truly expand our overall marketplace and communities, we are looking to identify a seasoned, successful individual, to become our Chief Growth Officer. Our business model will be attracting both IARs and RIAs to multiple custodians. Additionally, new acquisitions of succession planning/opportunities and fostering the relationships with partners at Osaic Wealth, Inc and Osaic Advisory Services.

We are excited to announce that Seth Kimmel and Megan Wolfe of Kimmel Financial Services have joined Financial Partners Group and Osaic Wealth, Inc.

Seth founded Kimmel Financial Services in Huntington, IN, over nine years ago and has approximately $135 AUM. He has more than 17 years of experience in the financial industry, with a background at LPL Financial and OneAmerica Securities. Two years ago, Seth welcomed Megan Wolfe to his team to help manage the practice and develop her own career. Megan brings over seven years of expertise in financial management roles. Both Seth and Megan are Huntington, IN natives and are passionate about serving and uplifting their community.

Financial Partners Group is excited to announce that we have engaged Jay Mooreland as the new Chief Behavioral Officer of Financial Partners Group. Jay has many years of experience coaching and applying behavioral finance principles to advisors’ practices. He joins FPG with the primary objective of helping FPG and its advisors improve the investor experience.

Jay will assist FPG with its initiatives, marketing, recruiting, and communications, both internally and externally. He will also provide insight and turnkey solutions to enhance our advisor and client relationships. This will translate into a differentiated and superior experience that advisors can offer clients and prospects. Advisors can expect less emotional client reactions and greater trust in the advisor’s advice and plan - which will result in improved advisor performance.

Advisors have the opportunity to engage Jay in one on one, in-person coaching about their practice. Jay will work with each advisor or team based on their individual needs and desires. He will encourage and help advisors formulate an engaging client and prospect communication strategy, help them set up and share on social media, and develop engaging slides and agendas for client meetings among other things.

Advisors that engage Jay will also get access to the Behavioral Finance Network, which includes weekly coaching messages, many behavioral applications that will improve the investor experience such as a Behavioral Policy Statement, and timely behavioral content and messages to share with clients. In addition, all advisors and teams will have the opportunity to have Jay conduct Mind Games and Fireside Chat seminars. All of these are meant to improve the investor experience and increase the advisor’s value to both prospects and clients.
