Merchants Capital is proud to announce the recent closing of Alpine Senior Apartments—a 52-unit affordable senior community being developed in Grand Rapids, MI by Volker Development, Inc.
Located in a well-connected and amenity-rich area, Alpine Senior Apartments will offer affordable one- and two-bedroom residences for seniors age 55 and older. Each apartment will feature modern finishes, and include amenities such as a range/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closet, and Personal Emergency Response System (PERS).
The development will also be thoughtfully designed to support both resident wellbeing and community—featuring a variety of shared amenities including a fitness center, bicycle storage, supportive services, and landscaped outdoor seating and community room with full-kitchen, media center, and library that encourage social interaction among residents.
