1NB Bank has been made aware of fraudulent calls targeted at our customers. The caller is posing as a bank employee and is advising the customer that a large wire transfer or ACH transaction is being processed out of their account. They are requesting phone or email information.

1NB Bank will NEVER contact you and ask for:

Online banking credentials
Debit card information
Full account information

Should you receive an email from an unexpected source, do not click on any links. Do not respond and do not provide any information. Notify 1NB Bank immediately if you are contacted via phone call, text, or email.

On Tuesday May 26th at 5pm our online banking will be put into read-only mode as we prepare for an online banking upgrade. Our new online banking platform will be available on Thursday the 28th at 9 am. While in read-only mode, internal transfers and Bill Pay will be unavailable. Sorry for any inconvenience.
