The time has come! This Friday is opening night for Cruisin Grand ! Special thanks to Rincon Band of Luiseno Indian tribe, O’REILLY auto parts and Heatshield. Can you believe it’s been 25 years now since our first opening night WOW. Come down and enjoy the new look of downtown Escondido we will have a GRAND reopening ceremony at 5pm on the corner of Broadway & Grand . Our host club on south Broadway will be the Poway Cruisers. Enjoy live music on Maple, Kalmia, and Juniper! Plus our Rockin DJ on Broadway. Please look for local businesses with the Cruisin Grand sponsor plaque card for 2025. Save parking on Grand for period correct cars and trucks (pre-1974) . Plenty of parking in city lots for spectators.

California passed SB 1107, Protect California Drivers Act, which will increase minimum liability requirements for the first time in over 50 years in order to better financially secure drivers.

Increased State Required Minimum Limits For all policies effective on or after January 1, 2025, the State of California has increased the required minimum limits of insurance for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. For Bodily Injury, the prior limits of $15,000 per person/$30,000 per accident have been increased to $30,000 per person/$60,000 per accident. For Property Damage, the prior limit of $5,000 per accident has been increased to $15,000.
