Janus Mortgage has the bank statement loans that you are looking for! Your bank statements can be used as your source of income if you meet the standards above.
To qualify, keep your credit in order. Use your credit cards sparingly. Save your money! Save about 10 to 20 percent of the down payment and have two to six months of payments in reserve.
