Ever had that sinking feeling on a Monday morning, knowing you spent a little more than planned over the weekend? 🎃
It happens to all of us, whether it was a family Halloween party, a weekend away, or just one of those weeks. The good news is that a single weekend rarely does lasting damage. Here’s a simple way to get back on track:
1️⃣ Log in and look. Avoiding your account only makes the worry bigger.
2️⃣ Write down what you spent so you’re working with real numbers.
3️⃣ Make sure your upcoming bills and essentials are still covered.
4️⃣ Make small adjustments for the rest of the month rather than drastic cuts.
5️⃣ Pay off any credit card charges in full if you can, to avoid interest.
6️⃣ Before your next big weekend or the holidays, set a spending number ahead of time.
The holiday season is right around the corner, so this is a great time to build a plan that lets you enjoy it with peace of mind. If you’d like some help, we’re always happy to talk right here:
