She made sure we understood our options, where we were in the process, and gave detailed guidance to ensure everything was submitted correctly. She treated us with kindness and care, responded to our emails and texts quickly (even on weekends) and worked both early hours and late at night to make sure our agent had what he needed to make our offer. This included working, nights, weekends, over holiday weekends and in the wee hours of the morning. We felt her skill and care for us throughout the entire process. She truly is remarkable at what she does!
