Credit Bureau Services, LLC has an immediate opening for an Account Representative!

The Account Representative has one primary purpose, which is to collect on past due accounts by contacting consumers on the telephone via outbound and inbound calls. The majority of the time is spent on the telephone talking with consumers while in front of a computer updating and making notes on the consumer's account. The Account Representative must be a good salesperson in convincing consumers that it is in their advantage to pay. Must be disciplined in the Key Result Areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations throughout the course of
daily activities.
2. On the telephone 100% of the day.
3. On every call, updating consumer's profile.
4. Educating and counseling the consumer on the collection process.
5. Working with the consumer to obtain payment in full or set up a payment plan.
6. Establish a weekly personal collection goal with the Collection Supervisor.
7. Follows a daily Dialer Policy Standard.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proven work experience of at least one year.
2. Clear communicator on the telephone.
3. Self-starter, able to work without close supervision.
4. Must be a team member with a good sales aptitude and attitude.
5. Ability to get along with others in a collaborative environment.
6. Must be able to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail.
7. High School graduate or equivalent.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. Prioritize responsibilities and maintain an organized work process.
2. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
3. Document work processes as required in the Ontario system.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

HOURS:
Mon-Thurs 10:00am-7:00pm
Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
After 90 days, the employee is eligible to join the Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm rotation.
Base pay $10.75 per hour
After 90 days, the employee is eligible to participate in a monthly team profit-share program if minimum goals are met.
