😂😂 Did you really think we forgot about Dave?! Absolutely NOT. We’ve just finally decided to make his disappearance PUBLIC. 🤣

This man is ALWAYS MISSING FROM THE OFFICE. One minute he’s here, the next minute he’s off on another vacation while the rest of us are back at SOTO, working hard, answering phones, handling emergencies, and slowly losing our will to live. 🫠😂

✈️ His favorite hobbies include:

Taking vacations without the rest of us. RUDE. 🙄

Saying “I’ll be right back” and vanishing into thin air.

Leaving us here to ROT while he’s living his best life. 🌴

Being the BROKER/OWNER but somehow never being available when we need to ask him 47 questions. 😂

Making us wonder if SOTO is actually a property management company or a one-man travel agency.

📍 LAST SEEN: Probably somewhere relaxing, completely unaware that his employees are preparing a search party.

⚠️ IF FOUND: Please return him to SOTO immediately. We have questions, problems, paperwork, and approximately 900 things that apparently only he can answer.

We regret to inform you that the entire SOTO team has apparently gone missing… and honestly, we have NO idea how the business is still running. 😂🤣

Last seen somewhere between a tenant call, a maintenance emergency, 37 unread emails, a property inspection, and saying, “I’ll get to that as soon as I can!” 🫠

⚠️ WARNING: These women are considered highly dangerous when fueled by caffeine, chaos, and a never-ending to-do list. ☕️📋

If found, please DO NOT approach without coffee, snacks, or a detailed explanation of why you didn't answer your phone. 😂
