Home for sale, in excellent condition in our beautiful Cape Coral, Florida. 2009 NW 3rd Ave., Cape Coral, FL 33993. Located in the West coast of Florida, a homeowner can enjoy the sunsets over the ocean any given day! Our winters are very warm, you can go to the beach or enjoy any summer past times like playing golf ALL year long. The golf course that is my lovely backyard is Hunters Run, and we have golfers enjoying the Florida weather and wild life as early as 5:30 AM....and as late as 8:00 PM any day of the week!!!!

Brighten up your life with COLOR!
What is your favorite home color?
As a Hispanic, I am loud, not just verbally, but also with the choice of colors I like to wear.
It is no coincidence that fruit from the tropics tends to fall in line with the bright and loud colors, and intense unique flavors, mangos, papayas, mamey, passion fruit, pineapples, dragon fruit...just to name a few.... Did you know that most of the famous and widely consumed hot peppers also come from this region? Jalapeños, poblanos, habaneros, and cayenne peppers come from South and Central America. The cacao used to make chocolate also comes from South and Central America. Color, intensity, flavor....I think of all of these when I tour a home!
The color of the pacific ocean, that intense aqua right before the deepest shade of blue-green...Color appeals to us!
We sold our home in Miami and relocated to Southwest Florida. We rented while getting ready to buy. The most awful thing for me, working from home, was to be surrounded by a SAD shade of gray, outside and inside, the lack of imagination characteristic to Progress Residential homes is to paint all homes that boring shade of gray....sadness all day long, staring at those gray walls! Aaaagh!
Our own home today has beautiful shades of Hollywood-beach blue in the living room, a light mango-shade in the kitchen and a 'melocotón'/peach in the bedroom, with blue and teal bathrooms. I am still undecided what color to use for the laundry room....tilted towards Papaya-orange...what do you think? The artist who painted our walls should have signed some of the walls...Pedro Aguado, no one else is so meticulous about perfect color saturation....unbelievably gorgeous!!! If I was an alien and did not know the walls are not edible, I would probably bite them!
