I wanted to let you know that I am available for you to email me or call me for you to be updated on the mortgage industry, how I can assist you, and answer any questions you may have.
Due to the Coronavirus most realtors are working from home, and many real estate companies are not allowing meetings due to the Coronavirus. (I do meetings at some realty companies but I wear a mask.)
I wanted to update you on the benefits of using American Residential Lending (AmRes).
With the Government adding Guideline Overlays on many loans it is important to know that many of our Lending Investors have made changes.
I have provided a client of mine that bought her home 5 years ago to make a Cash Out Refinance. We were able to have her closing costs added to the loan, and for her to receive $35,000 in cash. In her interest rate was at 5.5% and now is at 3.5%.
I also have an out of state buyer who is buying a 2nd home here in Florida. We only need a 10% down payment, and his interest rate is at 3.325%. (Keep in mind that interest rates are based upon down payments, credit scores, extra assets, and Debt To Income ratio (DTI).
If you have your clients contact me, then I can help get their loans completed, provide them with the benefits due to our company, and that would have them refer their friends, relatives, and neighbors to you and me.
Please refer your clients to me and if you do then when I get a client who is looking to get pre-approved before they find a realtor, then I can refer them to you!
