Hello friends,
Our office has been deemed "unable to occupy" by the Cape Coral Fire Department due to electrical issues, therefore I am working remotely.

Please be aware internet and cell service is still spotty at best, therefore, it is challenging to receive or send pictures at this time.

​We understand your home and property is a priority. To file a claim, call your insurance carrier directly. Their phone number should be listed on the first page of the Declarations, or by visiting their web site.

Please keep in mind these 2 Important Points:

1. Avoid AOBs. Please be sure to read any contract before you sign it as you do NOT want to set yourself up with an AOB which is an Assignment Of Benefits.

2. If you hire restoration companies or water companies make sure you do not let them dispose of anything as insurance requires that you hold on to it until the inspector can see it.
