Clients, I received this message earlier from our Escrow Bank...Most Trust Banks use this system so please be patient if you have escrows that closed Friday or scheduled to close today...
Dear Valued Customer,
Citizens Business Bank’s wire system vendor, which is one of the largest providers of wire services in the country, experienced a severe outage on Friday, March 20, 2020 and continues Monday, March 23, 2020. This outage impacts the Bank’s Wire Transfer Email Notification service, which will be unavailable for the duration of the outage. Bank teams worked throughout the weekend in preparation of supporting your wire processing needs.
Incoming and outgoing wire transfers will require manual posting during this period and may result in minor update delays in Online Banking.
