A Burleson County Broker recently reached out because their clients needed a Power of Attorney notarized for a real estate transaction. The catch? It needed to happen on a holiday weekend, with scanbacks and FedEx overnight dropped the same day.

Of course, I said yes. 😊

One thing I’ve learned from years in the mortgage and real estate world is that closings don’t always happen during “normal business hours.” Sometimes transactions require flexibility, coordination, and a notary willing to help keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.
