Due to the escalating threat of the spreading of the COVID-19 Virus, and in order to provide the greatest security for the health and well-being of our employees and clients, Colonial Title Company LLC is taking the following actions to be in compliance with recently promulgated Federal and State mandates and guidelines. In addition, to be in compliance with instructions received from underwriters, notice is hereby given that access to the offices of Colonial Title Company LLC will now be restricted to comply with the strict social distancing measures for individuals.
The number of individuals allowed to enter any office daily shall be monitored and limited. The only access provided to our offices shall be as follows:
Brief visit for delivery of contracts and/or earnest money;
Scheduled and confirmed appointments; and
Closings will be limited and shall only be conducted when a closing has been previously scheduled and the date and time of each closing has been confirmed with a closer.
Anyone wanting to communicate with employees of Colonial Title Company LLC will be required to use telephone and/or email.
Anyone who is (1) sick or (2) has symptoms of the COVID-19 Virus or (3) has had any contact with anyone having the COVID-19 Virus and/or (4) refuses to affirm that they do not have a fever and have not had any symptoms of any sickness, will be denied access to our offices.
Further restrictions may be implemented to comply with amended and/or additional mandates and guidelines. These access restrictions shall be in effect until further notice.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but the severity of the COVID-19 Virus threat necessitates these actions.
