Being prepared for an emergency is easier than you might think! According to the American Heart Association (AHA), Hands-only CPR has been shown to be as effective as CPR with breaths for cardiac arrests in adults.

This National CPR and AED Awareness Week, remember that when a person has a cardiac arrest, their survival depends on receiving CPR as soon as possible. Review the two easy steps below to make sure you're prepared in case a friend, coworker or a loved one is in need of emergency help.
