TOTAL PERMIT NUMBERS FOR THE YEAR- 367 (this unfortunately is a drastic decrease from 2024 by almost 200 🫤)

Here are the total numbers for the end of year 2025!! As you can see the numbers have drastically decreased since 2024. The Building market HAS drastically dropped! 🫣 BUT, we do have several NEW neighborhoods that have started in November 2025, so that is wonderful news and we are going to pull these number UP ⬆️ in 2026! It's always a blessing to be able to have a "job" that you love AND being the Owner isn't too shabby either! 🙌 I am so very excited for my current Builders and all the potential Buyers in Canton, Cartersville, City of Flowery Branch, Forsyth, Gainesville, Holly Springs, Jefferson, Newnan, and Paulding! 🙂
