This one is so special to me, we have been working for months to get their home sold in PA, meanwhile we are also looking at homes here in Ohio, not finding the perfect home quite yet... And then on Thursday we have a day booked to look at homes, none of them are a good fit. Just when we think we are done for the day a new listings pops up, it just went live, I call the Agent to get in the door and we are the first showing of the day and of course they fall in love with it. I tell the Agent we are going to write and 6 hours later their offer is accepted!!!
