But I had a horrible experience with underwriting. Asked for all sorts of documents having to do with my LLC structure for a DSCR loan, which I provided. And almost ruined the deal because of their endless requests, and slow responses.

Jolyn then contacted me 6 months after that and we decided it was now worth it and time to lock it in. She was on top of it even when the title office fumbled my closing appointment Jolyn made some calls and had them at my house within 2 hrs and we closed. She is Very polite, personable and professional. I have already refered her.
