Cup is home! Bank of Canton takes home the 2025 Bankers Cup ⛳️🏆

Had an amazing time on and off the course yesterday. Great golf, great team, great event and all for a great cause supporting the Walpole Charities Fund. Looking forward to defending the title next year.

Great opportunity for any First-Time Homebuyers being held here at the Bank of Canton next month. There will be close to 20 housing industry vendors there. Attendees can connect and ask any questions they might have in a fun, relaxed environment.

Admission is free, and there will be food and drinks, and door prizes. All attendees will also receive an $800 closing cost credit if they use Bank of Canton for their eventual mortgage.

If you’re interested or know someone who may benefit from this great event please let me know and I’ll get them registered.

Congratulations to two of my best friends on the purchase of their first home together! I’m so happy for you guys and so thankful that you trusted me to help guide you through the mortgage process.

Not many people would be able to handle the stress of having a wedding and then buying a house all in less than 2 weeks, but you guys crushed both! I’m so glad to have been by your side for each life changing event and I can’t wait to come visit and see the new place in person. Just let me know when that pontoon boat is in the water and I’m there 🤙

Team work makes the dream work! Very lucky to work with such a strong team here at Bank of Canton.

Thrilled for my clients who I actually met at an open house. Even though they were already pre-approved by another bank and pretty committed to them I stayed in contact with them as they continued their search. Providing market updates and answering any property specific questions they had. When they did finally get their offer accepeted they decided to move forward with that original bank.

However, in the middle of the loan process they reached back out to me for help. Once the loan officer they were working with 🔒 them in he disappeared. They were getting no updates on their loan and were frustrated. They asked if we could jump in and still get the deal closed on time and thanks to our awesome team here we were able to do so.

They’re now living in their beautiful new 🏡 and we couldn’t be more excited for them 👏

Cheers to a great 2024!

This year wasn’t an easy one for the housing industry by any stretch of the imagination. You could argue it was one of the most challenging years our industry has ever faced. Yet despite all of this it was still a very successful and rewarding year for myself and the whole Bank of Canton team.

I want to thank all of my clients that trusted myself and our team to help make their dream of homeownership become a reality. I know how big of a decision it is and I don’t take it lightly. I hope we made the process as smooth and stress free as possible for you and that anytime you have a mortgage need in the future you think of me.
