**YOUR CHAPTER. YOUR VOICE. YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO LEAD!**

Stark County SHRM is looking toward the future, and **we need YOU at the table!**

We're exploring ways to make our chapter even stronger, more engaging, and more representative of the HR professionals and businesses throughout Stark County.

We've decided to delay our chapter leadership elections until our **December 1 Holiday & Member Appreciation Breakfast** so members have more time to learn about volunteer leadership opportunities and consider getting involved.

**Join us Thursday, November 5, at noon for our Virtual Volunteer Leadership Lunch & Learn!**

We'll talk about available board and volunteer roles, leadership expectations, professional development opportunities, and how YOU can help shape the future of Stark County SHRM.

Are you an HR leader looking to grow professionally? Or do you have an emerging HR professional on your team who would benefit from leadership experience, networking, and professional development? This is an excellent opportunity!

**No registration. No commitment. Just a conversation about what's possible!**

Grab your lunch and join us on Zoom!

**Join here:** https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82597993616?pwd=jfTbIa0LvVL1JbGZadnMukiKUsDaxy.1

Our goal isn't simply to fill board positions. It's to build a leadership team that reflects and supports the HR community we serve.

**This is YOUR chapter. Help us shape what comes next!**

What a great few days at the 2026 Ohio SHRM Conference! 💜

Stark County SHRM was well represented, and we had such a great time connecting, learning, sharing ideas, and recharging with HR professionals from across Ohio.

And one of the best parts of conference week is always catching up with our friends from other SHRM chapters. There’s something pretty special about bringing together people who understand the challenges of HR, are willing to share what’s working, and genuinely want to help one another succeed.

We’re heading home with new ideas, new connections, and plenty of energy to bring back to our Stark County HR community.

Thank you to Ohio SHRM and everyone who helped make the 2026 conference such a great experience. Until next year! 💜
