According to the American Psychiatric Association, nearly 30 percent of adults will experience anxiety at some point in their life. While a healthy diet certainly isn’t a cure-all, studies have shown that consuming certain foods can help keep you cool as a cucumber. These foods include fatty fish like salmon, blueberries, yogurt, complex carbs like oatmeal, green tea, and pumpkin seeds!

Although you cannot contribute to a health savings account, or HSA, when you’re on Medicare… you can use previously accrued funds to pay for Medicare expenses. You can pay for Medicare Part B, Part D and Medicare Advantage plan premiums, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance with your HSA! Note that HSA funds cannot be used to pay for Medigap premiums.
