Here's to a Prosperous New Year!
If it feels like all you did in 2025 was survive, we understand, because sometimes surviving is the bravest thing you can do.
You have no idea how many times we almost posted, “Welp… we tried, but it didn’t work.”
More times than we’d like to admit, we thought about writing that post. And every single time, one of you would comment, DM, email, call, text, or walk into the office and tell us how impactful what we’re doing is. How much it matters. How it helped you.
Every. Single. Time. You were there.
And the guilt would hit, because those words carried weight. They were honest and real, and they made it impossible to just walk away.
2025 was more than a tough year.
It broke us down, opened our eyes, and reshaped us in ways we didn’t expect.
We wish we could say everything is great now, but it’s not.
We’re heading into 2026 with big decisions ahead. Some exciting. Some really hard.
What we can say is this: the fact that we’re still standing, even if barely, after everything this year threw at us, says a lot about how deeply we care. About this sport. This lake. And this fishing community.
When we look back, we honestly don’t know how we survived.
When we look forward, the road still feels long.
But standing right here, in this moment, we still feel hope. We feel the support of a community that understands this is more than a business. It’s our family. Our life. Our memories. And our future.
To those who wish to see us fall, thank you.
You challenged us to keep going, and we truly wish you nothing but the best.
To those who want nothing more than to see us succeed, we see you.
Thank you for the kind words. The quiet support. Standing up for us when no one is watching. Sharing posts. Referring friends and family. Telling us a funny story. Thank you for not giving up on us and for keeping our spirits alive this year.
Thank you for every small moment and every big one you gave us.
It’s so much more than just fishing.
It always has been.
