Seeking an optimistic and energetic person to assist our team as a Part-time Receptionist / Customer Service Representative and Appointment Scheduler. The position involves answering multiple phone lines, providing outstanding customer service, receiving and processing insurance payments, making outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent. Insurance experience is not required and this position is ideal for a parent with school aged children looking to reenter the workforce!
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Ask customers for referrals.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Contact existing customers to schedule review appointments.
- Confirm schedule appointments by phone and text.
- Cold call, direct email and other lead generation activities.

Hours:
Monday through Friday 10am - 2pm. (some flexibility)
Compensation and Benefits:
- $12.00 to $14.00 based on experience and licensing
