We are currently seeking a Part-Time, Temporary Office Assistant to join our team. If you’re organized, reliable, and have strong phone and computer skills, we’d love to hear from you! Starting pay is $12 an hour.

📍 Location: Campbellsville, KY
🕒 Hours: Part-Time 5 hours per day, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2-3 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets like Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel
Handle filing and general office organization
Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time role
Previous office experience is a plus

EDIT: These plans are dual eligible plans. That means you would have Medicare and Medicaid to get these plans. It’s not all Anthem Medicare Advantage plans. If you read the entire post, the plan numbers are listed.

What’s happening with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield?
Anthem BC/BS announced last week they are discontinuing their (HMO D-SNP) Medicare Advantage plans effective Feb. 28, 2025.
It is imperative that you take action if you are enrolled in one of these plans.
If you do nothing, Medicare will dis-enroll you from your current plan and re-enroll you into a prescription only plan (PDP) and original Medicare.

You have the right to enroll into a different plan.
To determine if your plan is affected, look at your insurance card in the bottom right corner on the front side. You will find the letters “CMS” followed by a series of letters and numbers.
The affected plans will have something like, CMS: H9525-007-000, H9525-019-000, or
H9525-016-000.
If you have a different Anthem plan this does not affect you.

WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO KEEP YOUR SAME MEDICARE PLAN FOR 2025?

This is important!
We aren’t interested in scaring people, however you need to be sure!

There are several Medicare plans that will not be offered in 2025. Is your plan one of them? How can you know?

You should have received a letter from your insurance company and/or HHS/CMS/Medicare stating your plan will not be available next year. It is important that you take action before December 7th 2024 or you could be without coverage for 2025.

Please, we understand that you are getting bombarded with mail and phone calls but this is important. If you don’t know for sure, contact us. We can help!

Dramatic Medicare changes in 2025!

In 2025 medicare plans will undergo the most dramatic changes since the creation of the Medicare Part D, prescription drug plans, almost 20 years ago.
Also there are multiple plans that will not renew in 2025. This means that you will lose this coverage if you don’t take action. You have a window of opportunity that will close on 12/07.
This is important!
Don’t throw away your mail. I understand its a lot. You get baskets full of mail and 95% of it is junk. However there are critical communications going out. At least open letters coming from your insurance carrier.
