What Stacy enjoys most about her job is "being able to meet clients' expectations of what they can afford with what they need."

Stacy is part of the team helping clients with everyday insurance needs that come up - questions, updates, paying a bill over the phone, and the moments when someone needs a real person to talk to.

When she's not working, Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, concerts, and serving at her church.

It's likely that if you've had a claim in the last 24 years with us, you've encountered a familiar face: Annette Sprowles. She has been a part of our team since 2002!

When we asked Annette what her best advice was when you have a claim, she said to realize that it will be especially stressful at first, but it will work out, and that's what we are here for. Call or come see us; you aren't doing this alone.

One of our favorite office memories is when Annette took especially good care of a family dealing with a challenging claim. They were so thankful that they threw a pizza party for our entire office!

Annette shared that her favorite thing about working here for 24 years is that 'the people I work with are like my family, and the people we get to serve in this community are great folks.'

If Annette isn't working, she loves to be out in the yard, taking care of her flower gardens, or traveling with her husband, Mike, to see new places.
