Brian Floyd is representing our team this week in Washington, D.C. at the Associated Builders and Contractors Legislative Conference.

This premier annual event brings together ABC members from across the country to advocate for the merit shop construction industry on Capitol Hill.

Throughout the conference, participants will engage with members of Congress to address key legislative priorities impacting our industry—including workforce development, regulatory reform, and the promotion of fair and open competition.

We’re proud to stand alongside industry leaders who are not only shaping the built environment but also helping to build a stronger, more sustainable future for construction nationwide.

Our Team had a terrific time participating in last week's SMPS Central PA Golf Outing, supporting the incredible mission of Olivia's House: A Grief and Loss Center for Children.

For those who may not be familiar, Olivia’s House provides resources and support to children navigating the loss of a loved one. We encourage you to learn more about the impactful work they do for our community's youth.

It was an incredible honor to contribute to such a meaningful cause while connecting with peers across the industry.

A big thank you to SMPS Central PA for organizing such a great event, and to Out Door Country Club for being a fantastic host.

We truly enjoyed connecting with our partners Zach Grove and Justen Gibbs from HOEM Inc.. Opportunities like this are invaluable for strengthening industry relationships and fostering collaboration.

On March 31st, my third son Cooper, entered the world. 🤍 🌎

What I am most thankful during my leave so far is the blessing of quality time with my boys, plenty of time outside in this beautiful Spring weather, and the new lessons that come with a newborn, which includes the lesson of slowing down.

I encourage you to find time in your day to “slow down” and practice gratitude for small things during the day.
