Beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, June 15, you can log in using your previous LINKBANK username and password, no enrollment needed. For added security, you might receive a quick text or email verification code on your trusted device. Enter the code, and you’re in.

Forgot your password? No worries! You can reset it right from the login screen by choosing “Forgot” or “Forgot your Password”, and following just a few steps.

Once you’re logged in, you can start exploring tools like:
• Sending money with Zelle®
• Monitoring your credit score
• Managing your cards

Stay informed during our upcoming conversion!

Online banking will be UNAVAILABLE beginning at 5:00 PM on FRIDAY, JUNE 12th as we complete our conversion to Burke & Herbert Bank . Access to online banking will be fully restored on MONDAY, JUNE 15TH at 8AM.

Once online banking becomes available again, Monday morning at 8AM, you will have access to a self-service password reset feature, allowing you to conveniently reset your password on your own without needing to contact support.

Conversion weekend is just ONE WEEK AWAY as LINKBANK transitions to Burke & Herbert Bank. You may be wondering what to expect—follow along as we share important details about the upcoming conversion weekend.

FRIDAY, JUNE 12
-LINKBANK branches close by 5:00 PM.
-Online & Mobile Banking access ends at 5:00 PM.
-iTalk access ends at 5:00 PM.
-Bill Pay unavailable from Friday 5:00 PM until Monday 8:00 AM; payments scheduled before 5:00 PM will process normally.
-See the Digital Banking section of the Welcome Guide for more details.

SATURDAY, JUNE 13
-All LINKBANK branches closed for conversion.
-LINKBANK debit cards remain usable during conversion and after, until replaced at expiration or during future card‑replacement requests after June 15.

MONDAY, JUNE 15
-Burke & Herbert Bank Digital Banking (including Commercial & Treasury Management) and Mobile App available after 8:00 AM.
-Converted branches open at their normal times as Burke & Herbert Bank.
-LINKBANK debit cards continue working until replaced at expiration or during future card‑replacement requests after June 15.
-PERKS benefits remain available; update your PERKS app on June 15 for uninterrupted access and enhanced features.

Our financial institution is migrating to a new online and mobile banking system on Monday, June 15th, 2026, and this upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take the following actions prior to Monday, June 15th:

1st Action Date: Friday, June 12th, 2026:
Complete a data file backup and a final transaction download.

2nd Action Date: Monday, June 15th, 2026:
Complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
