Commercial Acceptance Company (CAC) is pleased to announce the expansion of its operation through the acquisition of Peerless Credit Services, Inc. (Peerless). Since 1982, Peerless has been an industry leader in receivables management services and a trusted recovery resource for local and regional creditors. CAC closed the transaction on April 29, 2022.
The acquisition brings CAC, a recognized Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) leader, an extensive list of additional healthcare and financial services clients. Effective immediately, all previous communication, operations, and business dealings for Peerless will be under the CAC name.

We’re looking for both full-time and part-time Account Representatives for our rapidly growing medical collections department in Camp Hill. No prior experience is required. We will train the right candidates. Bilingual ability is a plus. If you speak Spanish we want to hire you! So come join our team! We offer:

This is an excellent opportunity for college students to be well paid and reduce the cost of their education. Learning our professional collection strategies will bring you increased confidence and sharpen your negotiation skills. You’ll learn about the billing of health insurance claims and other professional credit and lending processes. We believe in hiring mature individuals and providing them with top technological tools and support. That’s why almost 40% of our collection staff are college students or recent college graduates.

You must be organized, dependable, articulate and show a results oriented attitude. Job duties include: developing collection strategies, negotiation of repayment terms, overcoming stalls and objections, utilizing credit card and direct check payment options and resolving disputed accounts. You should be proficient in MS Office and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
