The dogs wanted to be out, I took my work outside. We're outside, Zoey now wants dinner, she's been telling me for over 10 minutes now, we've been outside 12 minutes.
My assistants are getting more and more needy.

Jacob bought his beautiful family their first home!!
Things started out very frantically for him, imagine going under contract, getting an email from your lender (an online company that starts with an R) that things are moving along, and then receiving a call that you're denied, and the lender didn't even try to make things work 😬🙄🤯
Jacob applied late Friday night with me and was shocked I called him right away to figure things out. Fast forward 15 business days and he owns a home!!!
"Best rate around" isn't always the answer, buying a home is stressful, don't you want someone on your team to make it as easy as possible?!?!
