🎉 Celebrating 5 Years with Terri! 🎉

We sat down with Terri to look back on her five years with Community Bank—and it turns out, the people and the community are what have made those years so special.

💬 What’s been one of your favorite parts of working at Community Bank?
“My favorite part of working in a small town for a small community bank is all the community involvement we get to do! From employee outings to volunteer days, we’re always trying to be involved in the community.”

And when it comes to favorite memories, Terri says it’s really about the people she works with.

“I enjoy seeing everyone and getting to know the people I work with every day. I really enjoyed trap shooting at Coyland with our Siren crew!”

Terri has also accomplished a lot in five years! She started as a Teller in September 2021, worked her way up to Teller 3, became a Personal Banker in 2023 and stepped into her current role as Retail Branch Supervisor in January 2026.

As for the next five years?

“I would like to continue helping customers to the best of my ability and enjoying coming to work!”
