Getting a text about a “delivery issue”? Take a closer look. Scammers are sending messages that look like they’re from FedEx to trick you into clicking links and sharing personal or payment information.

Before you click:
• Don’t trust unexpected delivery texts
• Check the sender and the link carefully
• Go directly to the official FedEx website to track packages
• Never enter personal or banking info from a text link
