Countdown to my pawnbroker years is coming to a close. 🙁 While its very emotional and a huge decision. It is what's best for me. I'M GONNA MISS YOU ALL !
With that being said, good news. Rather than closing The Pawnshop, a new face is coming in. I believe it will be alot the same, as in Fire**** sales, trades, consignments, etc. Just a new name, new face 😁 I'm really happy to know there will still be a shop here to offer continued service. So, stay tuned and stop in and welcome the new owner when you can!

Update............ First, I'd like to thank everyone for the amazing amount of sweet calls, texts, messages and in person visits since announcing the closing of The Pawnshop. You are all amazing 😊 I wanted to update and let you know, I have someone interested in purchasing the business, which means it would continue to be alot of what it is now. ( Not sure on the "pawn part") But if this goes through I am sure you will all be pleasantly surprised with the change. Will update as I know more, thank you. Karen

This is not a post I wanted to make. Not an easy decision. The Pawnshop will officially be closing it doors ☹️ I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting my business for 34 years! I've made so many friends, many of you are like family. I raised my kids in this business. ❤️ The actual close date has not been determined, but there will be time for all loans to be picked up, and all consignments returned. Will update as soon as information is available. Thank you all, Karen
