“There have been numerous times, but ultimately, when we have a customer who has experienced a loss, we step in and make sure they have the resources to return to what they had prior to that loss. Each time that happens, it creates pride in what we do. We have helped people who have lost their home, lost a vehicle, and even lost loved ones. Every time or scenario, we are there.”

Seven years ago, I opened this office with a goal of serving this community well. Since then, we’ve grown, learned, adapted, and changed right alongside the people we serve.

And honestly? Change is a good thing.

The hairstyles changed. The cameras got better. The experience definitely grew. But one thing hasn’t changed, and that’s how grateful I am for Camden and everyone who has supported this journey over the last 7 years.

We asked Nick: What’s been the most rewarding part of building relationships with customers over the last 7 years?

He answered “Meeting new people that I have not had the pleasure of meeting in my previous years of public service, and building on the relationships that I had. When people are in need is when we get to shine. It’s not a great time because they are usually in a position of loss, but that’s what we are here for.”

We are celebrating because Camden has kept us around for 7 whole years. 🎉

What started as a local insurance office became friendships, community involvement, late afternoon claims calls, sponsorships, celebrations, and a whole lot of memories.
