Congratulations to our 2026 Innovation Challenge winners: Emily Koval, Jordyn Robinson and Caitlin Perkins. An annual tradition, the challenge gives our team members a platform to collaborate and think creatively while they help shape the future of our firm. This year’s winning team came up with an idea for improving team coordination, organization and efficiency through a centralized hub. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE: The Department of Labor has proposed a new rule to expand electronic delivery options for group health plan disclosures required under ERISA. If finalized, the rule will create an additional safe harbor method for electronic delivery, helping employers modernize disclosure practices, reduce paper delivery and improve participant access to plan information.

This month’s CSB Cares donations will support the Vitalant HEART (Homeless Education and Resource Team) Fund, in its efforts to help community members impacted by the Spokane wildfires. Vitalant is a nonprofit organization that provides hospitals and patients across the U.S. with a safe blood supply. Through the HEART Fund, immediate financial assistance is being offered to those in need as the Spokane community begins to recover and rebuild. We’re proud to support their mission and our hearts go out to everyone affected by the wildfires.
