Been a productive Saturday! During one visit as a pharmacist today I was able to inquire about a member being on duplicate therapy. Her spouse realized the pharmacy auto filled a prescription that had been changed and she was so longer supposed to take. She said maybe thats why I been so sluggish of late and that could certain be the reason!! 3 days left to make your Medicare choices for 2022!! I will be back at it tomorrow!
