Insurance Account Manager Job Summary
Campbell & Company is seeking an organized and highly motivated insurance account manager to join our commercial lines team. Responsibilities include managing client communications, keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims as needed, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Manager Renewals: Oversee the entire renewal process for each account from start to finish, working towards customer satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to cross- sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients, enhancing their coverage.
• New Business: Consult with clients to help process quotes while nurturing relationships and leveraging existing networks.
• Process Documentation: Issue certificate, endorsements, ID cards, and bind policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Update policy changes on customer accounts in our book of business and inform clients about policy changes according to NAIC regulations

Qualifications
• License: Applicates should hold an active Arkansas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience: Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management. Knowledge of EPIC agency management systems preferred.
• Stability: Preference for candidates with stable work histories, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
