Thank you to everyone who attended the Farmers Breakfast last week!

We had a wonderful morning of networking, learning, and a great breakfast. A special thanks to Dan Lima, Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator, Belmont County, for sharing his expertise on oil and gas leasing and negotiating pipeline easements. His presentation provided valuable information for landowners navigating these important decisions.

I also had the opportunity to discuss financial strategies related to oil and gas income and how we help clients navigate the opportunities and complexities that can come with receiving these funds.

Scam artists have been known to impersonate loved ones, tricking older adults into providing financial information or sending money to an unknown account. Always ask questions that only your loved one can answer or call your family member back at a number that you know to be legitimate.
