Thank you to everyone who joined us today for our Monthly Market Update Coffee Club!

We had a great morning discussing current market trends, the economy, and some of the questions that have been on investors' minds lately. We always appreciate the opportunity to connect, share ideas, and have meaningful conversations with our clients and community.

We're proud to recognize our Branch Office Administrator, Julie, for her outstanding dedication to the fight against Alzheimer's disease. As our region's Alzheimer's Coordinator, Julie's commitment to the End Alzheimer's mission extends far beyond her day-to-day responsibilities.

This year, Julie played a key role in coordinating both the Zanesville and Athens Walk to End Alzheimer's events, helping bring together participants, volunteers, and supporters to raise awareness and advance the cause.

Julie's dedication, leadership, and heart for service continue to make a positive impact on our communities and on the families affected by Alzheimer's disease. We are grateful for all she does to support this important mission and proud to have her on our team.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Farmers Breakfast last week!

We had a wonderful morning of networking, learning, and a great breakfast. A special thanks to Dan Lima, Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator, Belmont County, for sharing his expertise on oil and gas leasing and negotiating pipeline easements. His presentation provided valuable information for landowners navigating these important decisions.

I also had the opportunity to discuss financial strategies related to oil and gas income and how we help clients navigate the opportunities and complexities that can come with receiving these funds.

Thank you to Emily Hornberger, Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator, Guernsey County, and the Ohio State University Extension for your partnership and making this event a success.
