Celebrating Emily on her new home! She was a referral from a previous buyer and I logistically couldn't attend this closing however it's not one l'll soon forget. Emily had a buyer and was selling her current home while also buying her new home and closing on both the same day, pretty normal. However, just over a week into a 3-week close a unit came up in the same development and Emily wanted that one. She was able to get out of her initial contract and get into a new contract on the end unit (was same realtor) and I still had to hit the same closing date. So; 2 properties, 2 appraisals, 2 approvals, etc. Still cleared to close early and Emily has her corner unit! Many blessings in your new corner unit, Emily!
