Every year, Minnco Day of Training gives Minnco employees an opportunity to step away from day-to-day routines, be inspired, learn something new, and strengthen our commitment to each other and to members.

This year we enjoyed great insight from our special speaker Brent Stromme. His humorous storytelling and thought-provoking lessons kicked off a great day. Minnco's own Chris Wester and Patty Wiese led us in an eye-opening and fun exercise that illustrated our very different personalities. In the afternoon, President/CEO Doug Hallstrom reiterated the value of each employee, and spoke of exciting days ahead for Minnco. It was a full day of learning, connection and conversations that challenged us to keep growing.

Of course, we couldn’t send anyone home empty-handed! Employees wrapped up the day with a Hydro Flask cooler as a little thank-you for all they do.

We’re grateful for the people who make Minnco what it is and for the opportunity to continue investing in our team. 💙

Investing in our students means investing in the future of our communities.

We kicked off the year with our first Minnco Money Matters budgeting simulation at Cambridge-Isanti High School! Students got a hands-on look at what it takes to balance a budget, make financial decisions and navigate the unexpected costs that come with everyday life.

We’re proud to partner with local schools and give students real-world financial education they can carry with them beyond the classroom. Helping the next generation build confidence with their money is one of the ways we’re committed to supporting our students and our communities.

Thank you to Cambridge-Isanti Schools for having us!

We had a busy weekend out in our communities! 💙

On Saturday, our Minnco team headed to the Big Lake Block Party! We enjoyed spending the day chatting with members, playing Minnco Plinko, and handing out Minnco goodies.

On Sunday, we were up bright and early for the Vadnais Heights Lions Club Waffle Breakfast, where our volunteers helped serve waffles.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to get out, meet our neighbors, and be part of the communities we’re proud to serve. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi!
