I won the Oscar. My networking group found me talking about FHA and VA IRRL loans, interest rate reduction loans, to be really helpful information. And they are right, it's a great loan product. If you've bought a house using an FHA or VA loan in the last couple years, rates have dropped and it might be a good time to talk about refinancing with minimal cost or qualifying.
