It is such a privilege to be the trusted Loan Officer when someone buys a home. Another quick one! I have one efficient system for all of the loans I complete. Why? Because when both Agents and the Buyers know that their loan is complete they relax. They feel comfortable making their moving arrangements and they can enjoy the process more. It’s a better experience for everyone! This one still has 2 weeks before the actual closing but that’s ok because we are good to go and ready! If a loan needs to close fast to make it work, my Agent partners know I’ve got it and we will still close on time. And giving excellent, efficient service is what fills my cup and helps me relax as well!! Win, win, win all around!!😊🏡🔑
