As a business owner I’m curious what you do to set and reach goals in your own business? LMK in the comments and inspire me and maybe a few others.

In a 2016 study by Dr. Gail Matthews, a psychology professor at Dominican University of California, it was discovered that:

•People who wrote down their goals, shared them with a friend, and kept weekly updates were significantly more likely to achieve them than those who just thought about them.

Running a business without goals is like driving without GPS, you’ll move, but you’ll prob never get where you want to go.
