✳️ Part time 25/30 hours a week.
✳️ Knows basic electrical,plumbing,carpentry work.
✳️ Has driver license a truck and insurance.
✳️ Has tools and knowledge of how to use them safely.
✳️ Pay is based on on experience and knowledge.
✳️ This is a 1099 contract labor position. You will be responsible for your own taxes.
✳️ Must be able to be on time and work as scheduled.
