Important Reminder: Tax Extension Deadlines are Approaching!
If you requested an extension on your taxes earlier this year, the final deadlines are creeping up. Because different entity types have different due dates, we want to help you stay ahead of the clock.

Here is a quick breakdown of the upcoming fall deadlines:
📌 September 15th
Partnerships (Form 1065)
S-Corporations (Form 1120-S)
📌 October 15th
Individual Filers (Form 1040)
C-Corporations (Form 1120)
📌 November 16th
Nonprofit Organizations (Form 990)

Hey Nonprofits! 📢
Just because you don't pay taxes doesn't mean you can skip the paperwork.
For organizations on a calendar year, your annual filing deadline is May 15th. 🗓️Missing this date can lead to daily penalties $$$. If missed for three consecutive years, this will lead to automatic loss of your tax-exempt status.
Running behind? Don't panic.
You can get an automatic 6-month extension (pushing your deadline to November 15th) if you file before May 15th. If you fail to file your taxes and fail to file the extension this will kick off with up to a $2,500 fine increasing with penalties and interest daily as well.
Stay compliant and keep your mission moving! ✨

Just a quick reminder: while a tax extension gives you more time to file, it doesn’t grant more time to pay. Any taxes owed for 2025 are still due by April 15th to avoid interest and late-payment penalties. If you aren't sure what your balance might be, we’d love to help!
