RETIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

After more than 34 years of dedicated service, The Farmers and Merchants Bank announces the retirement of Tammy Kirchner. Tammy began her career with the bank on February 18, 1992, and faithfully served in a variety of roles throughout her tenure. While
she contributed in many capacities over the years, she will be especially remembered for her enthusiastic attitude and welcoming smile at the Information Desk.

In addition to her commitment to customers and coworkers, Tammy has been a passionate advocate for community involvement. From leading the bankโ€™s parade participation to being our guide for student bank tours over the years, her energy and dedication have made a lasting impact on both the bank and the community.

To celebrate and honor Tammyโ€™s outstanding career, the bank hosted a private retirement party at Skyline Resort to thank her for her many years of service and commitment.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Tammy for her dedication and wish her all the best in her retirement.
