“In an industry that’s constantly evolving, staying educated isn’t optional - it’s part of serving people well.”

This morning, several of our agents and I attended the Texas: New Laws & Contract Updates class to continue sharpening our knowledge and staying ahead of important changes impacting real estate across Texas.

With new legislation, TREC updates, TAR contract revisions, and Senate Bill 1968 introducing stricter compliance standards, the way we do business continues to evolve and that makes ongoing education more important than ever.

One thing I’ll always believe is that leadership means being willing to keep learning.

Not just for ourselves, but so we can better guide, protect, and advocate for the clients and communities we serve.

I’m grateful to be surrounded by agents who value growth, professionalism, and excellence in their work. The best teams are built with people who never stop learning.

A big thank you to our BCS Regional Association of REALTORS board and our instructors, Kiersten-Kris Wright Crawford and John Grange for doing such a great job breaking down these important updates and helping keep our industry informed and prepared. We appreciate the time, knowledge, and leadership you pour into educating fellow Realtors. 👏

One of the things I value most in this business is building a culture where growth, collaboration, and excellence are never optional.

At our May sales meeting, we had the opportunity to hear from Burleson County Title over croissants and conversation as they walked our agents through title commitments, how to better understand and read them, and ways to proactively help avoid last-minute issues before closing.

The real estate industry is constantly evolving, and continuing education matters. The more knowledge we have behind the scenes, the better we can serve, protect, and advocate for our clients throughout the process.

I’m grateful to be surrounded by agents who stay teachable, ask thoughtful questions, and are committed to sharpening their skills — not just for personal success, but to better serve the people who trust them.

Memorial Day weekend always serves as a reminder to slow down, spend time with the people we love, and reflect on the freedoms and blessings we so often take for granted. 🇺🇸

There’s something special about gathering with family and friends, sharing meals outside, watching the sunset, and creating memories that last for generations.

Properties like this remind me that home is about so much more than four walls — it’s the place where life happens. The porch conversations, the backyard cookouts, the quiet mornings, and the moments that become part of your family’s story.

Slow Sunday mornings have become some of my favorite moments lately. 🌅

Coffee on the porch, the pups running around, quiet conversations with my husband, and the peaceful reminder of God’s creation all around us - it’s in these slower moments that I feel most grounded and grateful.

Life and business can move fast, but mornings like this are a reminder that rest, presence, and gratitude matter too.

There’s something special about stepping away from the noise and soaking in the simple blessings God gives us every day.

One of the things I love most about country life is how naturally it pulls you back to what matters most - faith, family, peace, and perspective.

Praying everyone has a restful Sunday and is walking into the new week encouraged and refreshed. 🤍

One of the sweetest parts of life is watching the next generation discover the gifts and passions God has placed inside them. 🤍

Last week, we got to watch my niece at her piano recital, and it was so special seeing how much she has grown over the last year - not only in her talent, but in her love for music and confidence in herself. Supporting and encouraging young people as they grow into who they’re created to be has always been something deeply important to me, and moments like these are such a beautiful reminder of that.

I also love seeing opportunities like this growing right here in our small town. Loudmouth Music Academy has been such an incredible addition to our community, and what a gift it is to see them investing in the youth of Caldwell through music, creativity, and all the amazing summer camps they’re offering this year. If you’re looking for something fun and meaningful for your kids this summer, definitely go check out everything they have to offer!

Watching someone grow not only as a Realtor, but as a leader, mentor, advocate, and professional is something really special.

After graduating from Texas A&M in 2013, she originally started her real estate career with Armstrong Properties before life and opportunity led her and her family a couple hours away. At that stage in her career, joining a brokerage local to where she was living made the most sense, and it ultimately became part of the journey that shaped the leader she is today.

When she and her family moved back home and she decided to return to Armstrong Properties, we couldn’t have been more thankful.
