Shawn will guide through the home buying process every step of the way. He is a very down to earth, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable agent. He saved me and my husband time and we avoided many headaches by sticking with this guy. Since it was our first time buying a home we had so many questions but with Shawn, I didn't even have to ask because he was already a step ahead of us. He got back to us promptly, coordinating with the other professionals involved, and genuinely was interested in knowing what we valued in a home, determined to get us just what we wanted. He's a great and friendly agent, I highly recommend shawn if your looking to buy a home!Less

My husband and I met Shawn through an open house which ultimately led tithe purchase of our home. His love of his profession is clearly apparent by his attention to detail and follow through of tasks. Having purchased and sold numerous homes in the past, Shawn rates highly in every aspect of his job. He was a pleasure to work with and made our deal effortless More realtors should have his desire and work ethic. It's all about referrals in this business and when we are ready to sell, it's obvious who will get our listing. Thanks Shawn for your honesty and effort. Michael and Leah Scheer

Shawn was recommended by a friend. I have worked with many agents in the past but Shawn was by far the best! I had to do little to no work in researching for homes. He was professional and really listened to my needs. It did not take him long to find the perfect home for me. He scheduled appointments and would meet with me on the weekends to look at homes and worked around my very busy schedule. No other agent i worked with before Shawn actually took the time to do this and it was the perfect strategy for someone like me that has very little free time. He made the process smooth and easy. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step. Shawn always made himself available when I had questions. I truly enjoyed my experience with him and I look forward to working with him again in the future! I will definitely recommend him to my friends! Additional Reviews on Shawn Karami

Shawn is one of the rare individuals you will meet in business that not only puts forth an incredible amount of skill and effort, but also maintains a high level of integrity. He has a work ethic that quite simply, would be hard to surpass.
