The email address will start as donotreply. Make sure you are checking your email carefully. Once you receive your email you can follow the steps listed on the email to receive your payment. STATE FARM CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:
State Farm® Mutual Automobile Insurance Company began issuing payments to qualifying auto customers on July 20 as part of a one-time $5 billion cash-back, the largest in the company’s history.

Customers with an eligible private passenger auto policy issued by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in force at any point of time between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025—and whose payment does not fall below a minimum processing threshold—qualify to receive a payment.

State Farm Mutual has teamed up with Verita Global to manage distribution of the payments, including a payment portal, communications, and support. Customers will be notified when their payment is ready. Payments will be delivered by check or electronically, with customers who have an email address on file given the option to choose a digital payment method.

Because the distribution covers more than 49 million vehicles, the payment process will take several months to be completed nationwide.
